    • Worked with the mortgage loan Officer to ensure all loans were processed in a timely manner and that the borrower was paying the correct amount of money.
    • Provided assistance to customers with banking issues such as, but not limited to, processing of loan documents, and other related documents.
    • Assisted in the development of new policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. Also responsible for opening and closing of accounts.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and power point. Familiar with credit card and other bank products. I also have to make sure all customers are satisfied with their accounts.
    • Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
    • Provided assistance to customers with their mortgage loan application process. Worked closely with the branch team to ensure that all transactions were completed in a timely manner.
